Thermopol LLC is the largest manufacturer of high – quality nonwoven materials in Europe, an owner of the popular trade mark “Hollowfiber®”. A new modern plant complex was established in 2004 Moscow, Russia.

One of the biggest nonwoven materials plant (volumetric nonwoven synthetic thermal bonding webs with aerodynamic principle and vertical fibre orientation) in Europe is opening in Moscow/Russia. The plant is scheduled for start- up in May 2005

Modern high- speed production line does not have any Russian analogues. The line is manufactured by the top European firms. It allows to produce top quality webs in the 60 – 4000 g/m2 weight range with up to 3.6 m width using colander and perforation possibility. The unicity of the line is following: less web weight at the same web height, or increased web height at the same web weight.
